Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag kisses
Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.
Shape into ball and roll in sugar.
Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add kisses and bake 2-5 minutes more.
