Quick Cheese cake for strawberry Pie
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup cream, whipped
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Soften cream cheese, add to whipped cream. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Put in either a cooked pie shell or graham cracker pie shell. Top with strawberries in glace.
