Cheese Cake


Cheese Cake

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
40 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cream

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice

Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter.  Press into 10 inch springform pan.

Filling:  Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, cream and vanilla until smooth.
Bake at 225 degrees for 2 hours

Topping: Mix all ingredients together.  Spread over cake.  Bake another 5 minutes at 450 degrees.

Set for 24 hours.
