Caramel Brownies

Caarmel Brownies

3/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 bag caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Mix cake mix, melted butter, and evaporated milk together.  Press half into oblong pan.  Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt caramels with evaporated milk.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked half.  Pour melted caramels over chocolate chips. Spoon on rest of cake mix over top of caramels.
Cook 15-20 minutes.
Cool
