Wakefield Spiced Cider
1 gallon apple cider
1 tablespoons whole cloves
1 tablespoon allspice
1 stick cinnamon
1 cup sugar
Place spices in cheesecloth bag. bring cider, spices and sugar to boil. Simmer 10 minutes and remove bag of spices. Keep hot but not boiling.
