Fudge

Fudge

1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
10 big marshmallows or 100 small marshmallows
1 3/4 cups sugar

Put chocolate chips in bowl with vanilla.  Melt butter and mix into chocolate chips.
In a sauce pan mix the milk, marshmallows, and sugar.  Stir over medium heat until boiling.  Boil for at least 3 minute, stirring constantly.  Pour over chocolate chip mixture and mix well. Pour into buttered 9 by 9 pan and refrigerate.
