- 8 chicken breats, skinned and boned
- 8 slices cheese
- 8 slices ham
- 2 pkgs chicken gravy mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroon soup.
- 2 Cups water
brocolli carrotsPound out chicken breasts. On each chicken breast put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Roll each breast up and put in pan. Sprinkle gravy mix on top of chicken.Mix water and soups and pour over chickenCook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add brocolli and carrots. Replace in oven and cook for 30 minutes more.Notes : use as much broccoli and carrots as you wish
