- 3 pieces bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 Pound stew meat
- 1 Pound hamburger
- 10 potatoes
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can Leseur peas
- 12 Ounces velveeta cheese
- 2 Dashes tabasco sauce
salt and peppr to tastePeel and cut up potatoes and carrots. Boil separately until just tender. Cut up bacon into small pieces and brown in large pot. Add chopped onion, stew meat followed by hamburger meat. Brown completely and drain well. Add cooked and drained potatoes and carrots. Add canned vegetables including liquid from can. Add water to cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.Lastly add velveeta cheese and continue to cook until melted. Do not allow to boil at this point. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tabasco if desired, or can be added individually at the table.Serving Ideas : 2Notes : cans
