Strawberry Salad Mold

Serving Size: 1
  • 1 large strawberry jello
  • 2 Cups boiling water
  • 2 small strawberry boxes, frozen
  • 1/2 Cups crushed pineapple
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 Pint sour cream
Dissolved jello in hot water. Immediately add frozen berries and stir until thawed. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.Pour 1/2 into shallow dish 8 by 11. Refrigerate until set. Carefully spread with sourcream. Pour remaining jello on top and set until firm.
