Spinach And Pasta Salad

Serving Size: 1
  • 16 Ounces bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
  • 10 Ounces spinach
  • 11 Ounces manderin oranges
  • 1/2 Cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 6 Ounces honey roasted peanuts
  • 6 Ounces craisins
  • 2 Cups chicken, cut into small pieces-optional
DRESSING 1 Cup vegetable oil
2/3 Cup Teriyaki sauce
 2/3 Cup white wine vinegar
 6 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper.
Blend dressing ingredients together in blender or food processor. Mix dressing and cooked pasta in medium bowl and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Combine the rest of the salad ingredients in a large salad bow, add pasta/dressing and toss!A lot of the ingredients are optional crasins, chicken, water chestnuts, peanuts, etc)
