Ginger Pork Chops

Serving Size: 4
  • 1/3 Cup apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger root, finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 4 pork chops
Mix all ingredients except pork chops in shallow dish. Place pork chops in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Cover and grill 14-16 minutes brushing with marinade.
