- 1/2 Cups oats, old fashined
- 1/4 Teaspoons flour
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Cup raisins
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg white
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper baking cups. Bend oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add milk, brown sugar, oil and egg white, then mix in raisins. Mix until dry ingredients are moist. Fill muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve Warm.
