Meatballs

Serving Size: 1
  • 1 Pound ground beef, not lean
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup romano cheese, grated
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
parsley

Mix together with hands, roll into balls. Bake 325 degrees 10-15 minutes. I make small one. Also add 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage links cut up into 1 inch pieces. Add to spagehtti sauce and simmer 1 hour or more with meatballs
