Grilled Pork Tenderloins

Serving Size: 1
  • 1 Tablespoon orange peel, grated
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup chicken broth
  • 1 Teaspoon tarragon leaves, dried
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 pork tenderloin,
  • 3/4 lb
Mix all ingredients and put in pork. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Cover and grill 20 minutes with medium coals, turning several times until no longer pink.
