Lasagna

Serving Size: 8
  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 Can sausage
  • 1 can tomato paste, small
  • 16 Ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon basil
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • 3 Cups cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Teaspoons parsley
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 10 pkg wide egg noodles
  • 16 Ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
Brown meat. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, garlic, basil oregano, and salt. Simmer 1 hourCombine cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, and parmedan cheese.Cook egg noodle as directed.In 9 by 13 pan layer noodles, cheese mixture, meat and mozzerala chees. Repeat.cook 350 degreess for 30-45 minutes.Serving Ideas : cupsNotes : cootage cheese
