- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 Cup lime juice, fresh
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoons salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 Quarts salad greens, mixed
Mix oil, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne and celery salt. Shake or beat until well blended. Just before serving add lime slices to salad greens in a bowl. Shake dressing again and pour over greens, using just enough to coat the leaves well. Mix lightly and serve.
