- 2 Tablespoons yeast
- 1/3 Cup warm water
- 9 Cups flour
- 2 Cups milk, warm
- 1 Cup shortening
- 1 Cup sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
Dissolve yeast in warm water.In mixing bowl put in 4 cups of flour, milk, shortening, sugar, eggs, and salt. Add yeast and beat until smooth. Add remaining flour until enough. Kneed.Rise until doubled.Punch down and divide into 4 parts. Roll into 9 inch circle and brush with butter. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges and put on cookie sheet until frozen. When frozen put into ziplock bags.To cook: Take out frozen rolls. Put on greased baking sheet and let thaw for 5 hours. Bake 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
