Cheese And Shell Bake

Serving Size: 1
  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup onion, chopped
  • 2 Cups tomato sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 4 Cups small shells,
  • 2 cups uncooked
Brown beef- add onion and saute. Drain fat.Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Simmer. cook shells.Combine cheese, sour cream and parsley.Pour 1/2 of meat sauce into casserole dish that is lightly greased. Stir in 1/2 of shells. Spread cheese sauce evenly on top. Top with remaining shells and then meat sauce. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top. Cover and bake 350 degres for 25 minutes.
