- 3 Cups rice, brown
- 30 Ounces chicken broth
- 15 Ounces beef broth
- 15 Ounces water
- 1 Cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup butter, cut up
Put all ingredients in a 9x 13 pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If rice is not tender add 1/2 cup water and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
