Brown Rice

Serving Size: 12
  • 3 Cups rice, brown
  • 30 Ounces chicken broth
  • 15 Ounces beef broth
  • 15 Ounces water
  • 1 Cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup butter, cut up
Put all ingredients in a 9x 13 pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If rice is not tender add 1/2 cup water and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
