5 large egg
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
3/4 cups Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of your instant pot.
2. Place the trivet in the pot.
3 Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
4.Pour the egg mixture evenly into each egg-bite pod and gently place in the instant pot
5. Close the pot lid and select steam and set to 8 minutes.
6. Natural pressure release for 10 minutes and then quick release the rest.
7. Carefully remove the egg bites from the pot and allow them to cool down for a few minutes.
