Chicken Cheddar Soup

Serving Size: 10
  • 3 Cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 Cup chicken pieces
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 Cup onion, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 Cups milk
Combine chicken broth, carrots,chicken pieces, worchietier sauce and celery see. Bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hourSaute onion and butter. Add flour and milk to make white sauce. Add cheese to melt. Add sauce to other ingredeints and heat through.
