2 minute blueberry crumble by healthy kitchen

 1 cup frozen b lueberries

1/2 t cornstarch

12 t lemon juice

1/3 cup oats

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 T honey

pinch of salt


Directions

1. Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together

2. Microwave for 1 minute

3. In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture.

4. Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute.

5. Add some greek yogurt and some cinnamon on top.
